Sharper Capital Limited AFSL 339481 is the responsible entity of the fund and the issuer of its units. Steve's interests

So you can weigh what you read here, Steve has a financial interest in the ventures this site mentions:

• SOGIF. Steve is Chair of Sharper Capital Limited, the fund's responsible entity. Parties related to him have interests connected with the fund, which are set out in the PDS.
• PropertyInvesting.com. Steve co-founded the business and continues to lead it.
• Books. Steve earns royalties on his books. Book links go to Amazon, and as an Amazon Associate he also earns from qualifying purchases. This doesn't change the price you pay.
